London, Aug. 12 – J.P. Morgan Mansart Management has launched the J.P. Morgan Mansart iCubed Global Equity Select Fund, a developed markets equity strategy designed to deliver substantial sustainability improvements while maintaining low tracking error to its benchmark.

The fund tracks the Solactive iCubed Global Sustainability Index, created in partnership with Solactive and Impact Cubed, which targets an 80% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, a 50% cut in Scope 3 emissions, and a 90% drop in water consumption and waste generation intensity versus its parent index.

Alongside environmental targets, the index improves alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, incorporates stronger governance measures such as board independence and gender diversity, and applies strict exclusion rules based on sustainability performance. Weighting rules ensure diversification and avoid unintended factor tilts.

Timo Pfeiffer, Chief Markets Officer at Solactive, said the tri-party collaboration combined “institutional-grade fund management, factor-driven sustainability, and independent index expertise” to balance sustainability goals with performance control.

Aston Chan, Chief Investment Officer at Impact Cubed, noted that the index “has closely tracked its parent benchmark through recent market volatility, while climate and PAB indices from major providers lagged,” underscoring its risk-managed, factor-investing approach.

The fund is aimed at institutional investors seeking scalable, high-impact sustainability integration without sacrificing benchmark alignment.
