CropX Technologies, a leader in digital agronomic solutions, has announced its acquisition of Acclym, a crop supply intelligence company, expanding its reach into the enterprise agriculture sector.

This strategic move aligns with CropX’s goal of addressing key sustainability challenges in agriculture, including greenhouse gas emissions, soil erosion, and biodiversity loss.

With this acquisition, CropX aims to offer agricultural businesses innovative solutions to meet the increasing demands for sustainability in food and beverage production. The integration of Acclym’s technology enables better management of these commitments by automating reliable, field-level data collection across fragmented and often complex supply chains.

Founded in 2010 in Tel Aviv, Acclym has built a strong reputation for helping large agricultural enterprises track and achieve sustainability goals while optimizing their supply chain operations. Through a combination of on-the-ground data, satellite monitoring, AI, and predictive analytics, Acclym’s platform translates agricultural data into actionable strategies for sustainability, procurement, and ESG reporting. 

Following its acquisition by CropX, the scope of the Israeli company, which already covers more than six million hectares across 39 countries, will continue to expand.

The company, which has already acquired six agribusiness firms, continues to add comprehensive capabilities to its agronomic farm management platform, while positioning itself as a leader in sustainable agricultural solutions.
