Developed by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), the National Financial Regulatory Administration, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the new framework consolidates previous standards for green bonds and loans.

It now includes areas such as energy conservation, carbon reduction, resource recycling, and the low-carbon transformation of major industrial sectors.
